About Me
I am a duly licensed salesperson who actively practices in both the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area of Florida, and Ocean and Monmouth Counties in New Jersey, where I still maintain a home.
Prior to becoming a realtor, I enjoyed a busy career in the legal profession for 22 years, first as a paralegal and later as a legal administrator. As a paralegal, I specialized in various types of litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury, medical malpractice, Workers' Compensation, and real estate, working for very hectic, high-volume firms. As an administrator, I managed a dual-county law firm of 35 for several years, and was solely responsible for all levels of management, including handling human resources, accounting, and insurance. As an administrator, I established protocol for all phases of operating policy and procedures and was responsible for enforcing same.
Due to my many years of legal and administrative experience, I am very professional, well organized, and have a very strong work ethic. In other words, I POSSESS THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE; AND, MORE IMPORTANTLY, THE DRIVE, TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT! I possess an in-depth understanding of the legal process, which adds a plethora of intrinsic value to my current career as a licensed salesperson.
I am the proud holder of the highly-coveted GRI higher-education designation for real estate professionals, and am a graduate of the Realtor Institute.
